In this session, we will show not only how to set up a creative process that leads from new business ideas to defining the IT landscape required to realise these ideas, but also how to manage the complexity of this process: We use sprint workshops and collaborative brainstorming tools to quickly develop creative ideas with experts from different fields.
We also use collaborative business development tools to manage the big picture without losing sight of the details and collaborative planning tools to create agile roadmaps.
