Leveraging Systems Thinking for Enterprise Transformation
A meetup about leveraging Systems Thinking for enterprise transformation
Systems are pervasive – we humans live and work within social systems, and we are constantly creating new technical systems.
From this point of view, enterprises can be viewed as “socio-technical” systems, and hence enterprise transformation is a systemic process.
The term “systems thinking” became widely popular in the 1990s due to the very influential book “The Fifth Discipline” by Peter Senge. He wrote: “Systems Thinking is a discipline for seeing wholes, it is a framework for seeing interrelationships rather than things, for seeing patterns of change rather than static snapshots.“
In this meetup, we explored how to leverage Systems Thinking to transform enterprises successfully.
The meetup was hosted as an online event. After the presentation, we opened up a virtual coffee lounge for interactive discussion.
